80 of our girls across Year 10, 12 and 13 took part in sessions being delivered by Kent Self Defence Workshops this week.
The workshops were designed to help empower our female pupils, and provide them with the knowledge and skills required to get out of potentially uncomfortable or dangerous situations.
The sessions were informative, thought provoking and enjoyable for all involved, and even as a teacher there was a lot to take away from the day.
